Michael Homer - Wealth Advisor, President
Michael Homer – Founder and President of Integrity Wealth Advisors – born in Moses Lake, Washington. Michael started his career as a Financial Advisor in 2002. In 2017, driven with a strong belief that being an independent advisor offers his clients the best prospect of success, Michael formed Integrity Wealth Advisors. Michael lives in Moses Lake with his wife Jennifer and his two children, Jessy and William. He enjoys boating, live music and rooting for the Seattle Seahawks, Sounders and Mariners. Michael loves dance music and often can be found having evening dance parties with his daughter Jessy or rough housing while rolling around with Liam.
Michael is also a regular contributor to the Moses Lake Scene Magazine.

Sam Rathbone – Operations Specialist
Sam earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Administrative Management from Central Washington University. He also holds the Series 7 Registration through LPL Financial, the Series 66 registration through LPL Financial and Integrity Wealth Advisors, and a WA State Insurance License.
Sam grew up in Moses Lake and worked at his family’s farm equipment sales dealership before joining Integrity Wealth Advisors. Sam loves to build things, is a compulsive tinkerer, and horrible dancer. He recently built a BBQ smoker large enough to cook a whole hog. His enthusiasm for smoked meats may result in a delicious client event in the future. Sam is an avid gardener with a tenacity for tremendous tomatoes.
Sarai Barreras Araiza – Administrative Assistant
Sara graduated from Moses Lake high school in 2017.
She has spent the last several years at Umpqua bank. In November 2021 she joined Integrity Wealth Advisors. Sara handles many different tasks at IWA and she’s likely to be the first person you speak to when you call us.
Sara enjoys spending time with family and trying new things, except food, she’s a picky eater. Sara enjoys “chasing waterfalls” on the weekends and has won most boring employee of the month for 2 months in a row.
